but if you live in Europe you'd know that 125 mph is what many people drive on the german autobahn, and it's not particularly fast since the curves are designed for it. Also Audi most likely knew there was a problem, but chose not to do anything about it because a rear spoiler would ruin the lines of the car (the TT is after all, all about design).
It's not the first time they've done something like this. The A4/A6 has had serious problems with complete brake failure in snowy/wet conditions for years, and Audi refused to acknowledge the problem. If you don't believe me ask anyone in Scandinavia.
