reduce cr and increase boost for power and safety both. a lower cr means higher volume and more power. nothing radical. 8.5 or so is fine and the drop in low end due to c/r drop seems to be offset by the larger chamber. at least on mine. the APC does nothing to the timing, it only drops the boost. a turbo in good working order on a car with acceptable compression should easily hit and hold 20+. in theory you could retrofit the EZK system to adjust timing on knock. the LH system does a really poor job when it is asked to control fuel delivery beyond the stock envelope. larger injectors are a must as well but after it is together drop it on a dyno with a wide band o2 and get an accurate picture of what's going on with it. attach a fuel pressure gauge at the same time. if this is a new engine the last thing you want to do is start making power without an instrumented run. 200 whp is about max for 24# injectors and stock parts. 31# and water injection with a ported head will gain you 30 or so more.
