Aaron had a bad throttle switch that did not allow his to see WOT and caused a drop in power. The Lamba system tries to keep fuel mixture at the 14.1/1 which is normally to lean for full bust and power. Most cars are running about 12.5/1 under full boost and every thing else correct. I may self run about 13.2 at 21psi with no problems but I use that stupid water injection. Some people run about 10.5/1 to control detonation but lose power.
Back to your project. If you were to make a signal conditioner that would change the output voltage of the O2 sensor to show the voltage you want at full boost. In other words when the O2 sensor is reading 0.9 volts the ECU only see what it would see normally, not sure of that number. May be a curcuit with a resistor in the O2 sensor output wire, set up to only come into play at WOT.
