but enough to leave oil in all of the IC pipes, 3 tablespoons or so in the IC itself, in the wastegate actuator & in the BPC/APC solenoid.

I did have a malfunctioning PCV system due to an incorrectly sized grommet at the PCV connection on the valve cover (about 6 months ago). The grommet was way too long. I have thought that this damaged the turbo originally, since the blow by continues.

Also, pushing over 25 psi out of a turbo designed for 20 at the most (and still inefficient at that level) can't help.

From my past experience with this Trent Wastegate Actuator, small adjustments made huge differences. In one turn of the rod, you could go from 26 psi to 0 (yes, zero). Very strange, and not what I had in mind. It handles 26 psi just fine, and there must be another way to lower boost levels. OR, I've gotta get a turbo that can take it. I feel like I'm working backwards. I no longer have the BPC restriction in the car.

What should I take off/adjust to back off on the boost?

What's on there that I've addec/changed affects boost:

SPG9 Stage II APC
Trent RRFPR
30#/hr fuel injectors
Trent Wastegate Actuator
Forge BPV
Mitsu Turbo
MSS exhaust
Modified AMM (set to 280 ohms, no screens)
Spal Fan on IC
89+ IC Ducting
TB coolant injection bypassed

Suggestions on where to start? The wastegate actuator seemed the obvious choice.... not so in reality.
