'hybrids' offer higher hp for same hot end flange of the basic turbine housing and exhaust manifold in question. They offer more efficient high boost at high flow.
the ball bearing version quoted does offer fastest spool up ... of that hybrid size, ie T3/T4.
I think Vince's T3-60 is a great T3 selection for stock redline and reasonable boost. The super 60, and hybrids, are better for higher redlines. but at some point, the hot end must be enarged for less backpressure.
