Kevin,
I really do not think there is any problem, it starts and idles well, plugs all look right, even after extended idle.
I was really looking for something in the 55-65# range, that were afforable which falls into the range I recommended to Vince. I just lucked into a deal on these and tried them. I got the injectors new in the package from a fellow SDS user in PR with a money back guarantee. He works at a Mitsubishi specialy shop in PR, that is an SDS dealer and has installed and tuned over 50 systems and has used the 85#'s in engines as small as 1.5L Street driven Hyundais. He claimed that the cars passed emissions tests without the Catalytic converter, so for $180 including shipping I had to try them.
Also the engine is right at 2.1L, it doesn't sound like much of a difference, but believe me it is. I stongly reccomend this overbore to anyone that is buying custom pistons.
I agree that the 85#'s aren't necessary, but they do work, thus my recomendation to Vince of 55 minimum - 65#+. These can be expensive, so it's best to make the right choice the first time. I still feel the staged option is really good way to go.
