When I was using an SDS on a 500whp 302 V8, the following technique was used to program the fuel/RPM values:
Using an O2 sensor rich/lean guage, I'd run the engine up to each rpm level and program each fuel/rpm value for 14.7:1A/F while the car was in neutral. The engine is in a high vacuum state, not WOT.
After the fuel/rpm values are set, if you disconnect the wastegate actuator, you'd want to program the fuel/pressure values to gradually richen the mixture from 14.7:1 at high vacuum to 13:1A/F at 0 boost/vacuum. For boost, keep ramping up the fuel/pressure values to maintain a 11.5-12:1 A/F.
Unfortunately, the SDS is a 2 dimensional system where you might have to jigger back and forth on the fuel/rpm and fuel/pressure values to get a decent compromise, since you can't directly program each fuel vs. rpm vs. pressure value.
