Makes sense, thanks for answering that question. I'm still learning...
I have another question if you don't mind. I either can't think of the problem from the right angle or need some direction. If using h20 injection, how do you tune based on a/f ratio then? Say you are running at stoich and then add h20 injection(ratio 30:100) to help w/ the extreme heat; the a/f then will be richer due to the vol of the water and the unchanged dutcycle. So would you a) decrease duty cyle to stoich A/F or b) keep rich mixture? I guess I'm having a hard time thinking about this b/c if you go the route of "a)" then you would be using less fuel then you would be at stoich at that same RPM. If you go the route of "b)" then you would be in the end running rich but still feeding the engine the same amt of fuel at that RPM. Would you just inc boost if going w/ "b)" which would then balance out the a/f reading? I guess the two options then would fall into the category of tuning for fuel efficiency or power efficiency?
