The rule that I normally use is 1% of power increase for every 10F. The thing that is neat about a turbo is when you cool the air in contracts. Making the pressure in the manifold less but the turbo add more air to bring the boost back up. Did you ever leave an empty plastic water bottle in the car on a hot day and come back in the morning and it is collapsed.
Same effect as cooling air going into the engine.
