C900T Airflow & down force questions....

I need to figure out a way to keep my car from getting "airborne" at speed, or to be more exact, to prevent the rear end get light and causing a stability problem. If a stock 92 5 speed is good for 142MPH@6200RPM,and my box will have a set of 8's, and the motor will make 400-500HP@8500rpm+. Do the math. So does either of the OEM rear wings provide any down force? to keep the rear planted at speeds over 150MPH? Would an airflow front air dam help make the car stick, or is it just something for me to break on curbs.
I’m looking for strictly performance additions, I realizes that I’m pushing the envelope of what this car can do and there’s probably only a hand full of people that might be able to assist here, but all advice is appreciated. I just don't want the back end to come around while going that fast and end it.
Thanks a bunch,
Jordan Sturtz

P.s. where can I find drag coefficient #'s for a C900?
