from what I have read, the OEM spoiler is simply to keep dirt off the rear glass! Thus I bet the whaletail just keeps more dirt of the glass!
I also doubt the car really needs anything! I have had mine to 130+ & it felt completely stable & that was with OEM spring/shocks. I also doubt there will be any areas you can take the car to those speends as well! When/if my motor is ever completed, I bet I would on;y hit 120 or so at the local race track,
Airflow bumper would probably help & get some sticky rubber as well
