Hate to tell ya, but if you are looking for high speeds, you got the wrong car! Don't have exact numbers, but a magazine review of the ('86 I think?) SPG said the SPG body add-ons "reduce the coefficient of drag from just above 0.40 to just below 0.40". As you probably know, that's pretty bad - many newer cars are at 0.30 and below.
Your best bet would probably be to add a lot of the aerodynamic bits from an '87 or newer SPG. That'll get you the more aerodynamic bumpers and headlights. Not sure how the front spoilers compare, think the rears are the same. I imagine lowering the car as much as possible would help too.
But if you're really in a hurry, you might want to look at a 9000.
