Hey everyone!
Well, I ordered a set of TSW 17x7" 'Zenon' wheels from Gary Moore @ Three Trolls Tuning about a week ago. Found out today that he no longer has access to them for my SPG. One thing led to another... and he told me about the Forgelines he has on his 88 SPG. Looks like I'm buying a set.
Either the Forgeline "RS" or "LS" two peice polished-finish wheels.
They can be viewed at....
"LS" model... http://www.forgeline.com/wheels/ls.html
"RS" model... http://www.forgeline.com/wheels/rs.html
I have a Talladega Red 1990 900 SPG (link to my SPG's website is below).
I'm torn between the two models. The "RS" looked very "dorky" on the webpage, until I clicked the link labelled "more cars featuring the RS wheels" and saw the black Porsche looking very bad-ass with a set of the "RS" on it. The "LS" is the traditional rally style. Very cool. Might be too agressive with the polished-finish and all those Y-spokes.
To those who really want to help... I digitally put both of the wheels on a picture of my SPG and have them both saved. For anyone who would like, I can email you both pictures to you, then you can actually see how they both look, and share your opinion with me. That's only if you really want to ( :
Either way, I would love your input. I'm pretty artistic (going to an art college) but maybe someone here will see something I don't. Just looking for some feedback. They both look great, but I'm having a hard time choosing.
Wheel shopping is always fun!
Thanks for your input!
Taylor
