Those lightweight SSR's will be considrably less weight than the stock wheels. The lug nuts dont even factor into the equation, you need them whether 15",16",17" are used. As for the tires, I dont know specifics but I doubt a 17" is so much heavier than a 15". Just grab one of these lightweight wheels(with tire mounted) and compare it to the stock wheel, the difference is obvious.
