I'm not sure if your mixed up, don't understand, or drunk but h20 inj is into the engine (injection) and an IC sprayer works on the outside. The two aren't the same. The IC sprayer is functionally used to help the IC dissipate heat faster.
haha, just making sure you gotz the ideas straight.
Intriguing setup. I'm interested in how well the paint gun nozzle is at atomizing. It's hard to believe something used for paint w/ such high density can also properly atomize water thoroughly. I would be interested in seeing it work. Sounds like it was pretty expensive. Normal agricultural atomizing nozzles cost about $5.00.
For a controller, I'd suggest getting one from Autospeed. The controller will end up using the water more efficiently and properly to help the IC dissipate heat only when needed.
