I had the same problem, though not with 24 PSI of boost. Are you really generating that much boost? What engine do you have in there? What tires do you have on the car to keep it on the pavement?
Anyway, I just replaced the grommet and was done with it. Boost makes the grommet push out, but not all the way out. It wears out over time. I do not recommend any sort of "glue" for this application.
Seriously, how are you generating that much boost?
