I drove my spg around while backpinning my amm voltage & read injector PW as dutycycle & this is what I came up with. now keep in mind Im running a T3/60 & 2.5 inch pipe & larger IC ducts also the amm return has 200 ohms of restistance & Im backpinned at the ecu so the voltage at the amm is higher.
idle AMM 2.64V varying .09V with o2 swing
inj D/C 2.3-2.9% variance with o2 swing
2Krpm decell. AMM 2.7V
inj D/C 4.8%
2Krpm WOT AMM 4.0V
inj D/C 22%
3Krpm decell AMM 3.0V
INJ D/C 7%
3Krpm WOT AMM 5.24V
inj D/C 75%
3500 rpm WOT amm maxed out at almoast 5.8V & the injectors were at almoast 100% dutycycle this at 25 lbs boost & the amm & dutycycle stayed there for the rest of the pull to redline
what I get from this is that the saab 2.2 can in no way handle the airflow levels I hit & match it with fuell beyond mabey 4500 -5000 rpm running rich at 3500 rpm. there is no more fuel to be had beyond 3500 RPM WOT
I am still in the middle of trying to get the volvo ecu & amm to work the high impedance #30s I run are to big for the volvo setup & I have to turn down the FP & keep the resister to get closed loop at idle & part throttle so there must be something to the low impedance injs & resister pack the volvos run I may also try the prom from the volvo ecu in my old 85 saab ecu & see what happens with the volvo amm & the saab amm if all fails Ill put the 88 saab ecu back in with my 005 AMM till I can find the volvo injs & resisters
thanks for your patients with my typing
take care & happy thanksgiving
JAK
