of an old motorcycle I worked on for a friend a while back someone had broken the choke knob put a spacer to hold the choke most of the way on & stuck the knob back on this was to FIX blocked jets in both carbs
I hate seing this kinda stuff where instead of repairing the root problem people put bandaids on to corect for it
you need to get a DMM & watch your amm input & inj dutycycle output 2.2 LH is a verry simple system & you should get that blue bosch FI book or a good manual & fix the root problem or find someone that can not throw bandaids at it
Id smoke test it than go over the sensors one by one & test them if you are sure the sensors are OK & there are no vacum leaks you may have a bad ecu
I think you have a bad amm or false air related problems
& as mentioned erlyer your aic settings should be checked which wont help the knox also your throttle switch should be checked
