These pressures, even as stock seem high. Not quite normal.
Many boost the T5 to near the fuel cuts and have no problems of any kind. Intake and exhaust mods and best oil and maintenance is not optional :)
I don't know what an HOT from a HOT will get you, but a Speedparts stage II can be had for the cost of a stage I as you have the exhaust in place. Compare the costs and the results.
And best high octane pump gas that is in your market place.
So there should not be any problems, you are running in the T5's mapping. The ECU can still fight for lower boost, but not as low as stock. The BPC is still in the loop.
You can always go MBC+anticipator if needed. And revert to a SMBC with a modified ECU later.
It will be interesting to see where your overboosted-SMBC leads you.
In any case, you are probably faster in 2nd gear than a stock Viggen now.
