Help me first understand why you want to override the apc settings in the first place. Is it because you are finding that boost is greater or better spoolup by overriding the the APC? Have you ever adjusted the pods in the APC? Currently running a MBC?

The setup is on a 9-3SE, but am familiar with the apc setup from my previous '89 spg. I unfortunately am not familiar with the mods you have done unless the pressure relief valve you put between the solinoid and the WG is a needle valve equivilant to ball-spring MBC. If it is restricting flow to the wastegate keeping the wastegate from cracking too early then that would be where this setup could possibly go.

Better for me to explain current setup on my car and you can figure out where to put it on yours:

Low pressure side of turbo compressor to a vacuum Y splitter hosebarb
One side of Y fits a short vacuum hose to the MBC
other side of Y fits short hose to a Air Pressure Regulator(APR)
Short hose from other side of MBC and Short hose from other side of APR to second Y vacuum hose barb connected to hose to WG.
Setting the APR to allow air at a few psi to "prime" the wastegate line. I don't know the current setting but imagine that it is around 4-5 psi. With the WG line pre-pressurized, once the MBC gets to its' breaking point and cracks open the WG and react quicker and crack off it's seat. I have found that the use of the apr has virtually eliminated overshoots and fuel cuts.
Boost is consistent in high and low temps so far.
