If you are using APC the pin 19 light is a good thing to have. I would have to ask a question to answer every thing correctly. What fuel injectors or injection system are you using?
You have a lot of effort in you engine. If you can afford it the DAK1 data logger would be the perfect tool to give you all of the important information you need to do perfect self tuning. Leaving the dyno run to just get a number. I know it sounds like a salesman for the DAK1 but it has help me develop some much tuning information. I can not do with out it.
Your size of injectors is my biggest question. It would seam that you would need more than 200# per hour, total, to feed what you have built.
Air fuel ratio of 12.5 to 11.8 is what I would try for and an EGT of about 1700F as long as detonation is at bay.
It is hard to tell you the proper combination of parts as your formula is not a standard.
