Yes...even on a 9-5. The 9-5 handles much better than the 9-3 already but even a 9-5 will feel much different with a rear sway bar. One thing you could do to reduce the understeer is to inflate the rear tires a few more PSI than than the front. Otherwise, shocks/springs (which are mucho $$) will help a lot. The anti-sway bar is a relatively cheap fast upgrade with a lot of instant gratification.
