Yes, the +A cures the fuel cuts. Jeff has been running that for a few months. Jeff can help you out with the MBC+A.
The big end of the TBTC should not be blended down to a edge. Look how it fits in the TB. the TB is narrower below that step. It can be evened out to about a 2.5mm thickness all around. When doing something like this, note that there is other info around that will tell you about such things. There is a difference between describing things that you should consider doing and how to go about it. Not a major issue.
The two things that you have done will help a lot.
With added boost, you should be running Mobil 1 0W40. Purolator PureOne PL 10241 filters are very good... around $6. Make sure that your oil pressure switch works, the low oil light should light up at ignition on lamp check.
