Max safe boost/revs for 2.3L shortblock?

With everything else solved (ported heads, very hot cams, good intake/exhaust, no pinging etc.), what is maximum safe rev- and boost limit for short-block T5 B234 with OEM pistons and rods? It's the one with "good" pistons and rods, anno 1995 and not B235 that sits in 9-5's.
Is 7000 revs too much? What about 2 bar of boost (providing there is no pinging)? I'm only interested in mechanical limits.
Thanx!
