Thanx Terry!
We will use E85 85% Etanol 15% gasoline fuel which will hopefully keep knock away. I drive my daily driver on it and have made some empirical research and are very pleased with it. It's also enviroment-friendly as it doesn't introduce any external CO into the biosphere (it's made of wood-pellets, which in turn use CO to grow) and is made locally (no more money to Bin Ladin).
Trouble with 2.3L engines is that they are quadratical (having same bore/stroke), so their stroke is longer and that geometry is worse for high revs.
Project is coming along slowly, but surely ;-) I'm doing full time bussines-studies etc.
Cams are Enem L9 with hydro tappets and harder springs.
