A friend of mine is seriously considering buying one, so he brought over the brochure/spec sheet. It's under 90 cubic feet inside the sedan! The wagon has more, but only I think 5 more cubic feet total, still well under 100. For reference, the 9000 has over 126 cubic feet of interior volume! You could have a GIGANTIC 26 cubic foot subwoofer box and still come out ahead.. :)
Really like the interior of the WRX, though I'm not crazy about the exterior styling I think the wagon looks better than the sedan though (I feel the same way about the 9^5). For my $24k, I'd rather have a 9000 Aero, or any 9^5 wagon to which I can add some performance goodies..
It's been well documented that you don't NEED 4wd/AWD to get around in winter, even if you live somewhere that it snows. :)
I don't figure I will truly start looking for another car until mine hits 300k though, another couple years...
