heat can drop reading as much as .1V . Best to test on dyno with 'wide lambda' probe.
I doubt coating makes a big diff at full song, wide open throttle ..... gas going too fast for sign heat exchange in short distance. not sure though.
make sure no voltage drop in meas't, and gnd at dp/o2 is same as measurment ground, ie no ohms between them.
