TD04HL 15T 5cm2 question

I've been reading over old posts by Dr. Boost and others on here but am wondering if anyone has any direct experience with fitting a larger compressor wheel, like say an 18T, with either a stock or clipped 5cm2 exhaust side into the regular Viggen/SE TD04?
From what I can tell, a few people were thinking about it but has anyone done it without converting to a 6cm2 or 7 and how did it turn-out? Would it melt itself?
Or maybe it would be more sensible to start with a 9000 6cm2 housing rather than the mess around with trying to clip a 5 turbine--which may or may not work?
The goal is to move about 450 cfm as cost effectively as possible.
Thanks for any responses!
