Please explain the numbers not jiving. It is possible the dyno was reading a bit high as I heard Dynojets will sometimes do that. My car did, however, get dynoed at 209 hp in the Netherlands with a Viggen intercooler and not the MP intercooler I now have. And before that, was 200 hp at the wheels, dynoed on Hirsch's dyno, which is at over 2200 ft of altitude. The numbers jive with the mods.

I have a feeling you think the 1/4 mile time does not match the power. The problem at the track I am currently at is that the preparation is horrible and therfore the traction at the line is terrible. I can only get my 60 ft times as fast as 2.3 secs with an average closer to 2.5 secs. I know faster guys usually get sub 2 second 60 ft times, so you can see that my runs are very traction limited. I typically spin a tire through first and second gear, even with careful throttle control.

Anyways, there are numerous 1/4 mile to hp calculators out on the net and most hit my numbers nearly on the dot. My car dynoed at 228 hp at the wheels the day I ran 14.2. My car weighs 3060 pounds and with me 3300 pounds. So if you put these numbers into one of these calcs, you'll see they will show 227 hp or so. If you are breaking 14.0 secs, I am willing to bet you have more than 200 whp and or much better traction at the line.

Cheers!
