I have a 2003 Vector with 3000 miles

Positives: Unique Style; WONDERFUL handling/cornering; Best Brakes in the industry (see Consumers reports and Car and Driver skidpad tests); Excellent structure/crash mobility; Nice stereo (12 speakers and 300 watts); Unique and Modern controls/dials; Ability to "shift" into Manual mode; Other features such as...large trunk capacity, ability to hook a rack on the car with built in holders, cool cupholder in the drivers side, rear seat heat/ac vents

Negatives: Could be a bit more fast; Electrical system issues that have been noted on this board (for me it was a random early power failure and the fact that my electronic key is already showing some range issues); Comes with "Summer" tires only; Since it is new I'm not sure of the longevity vs. say a Honda Accord V6; Warranty is for 4 years/50000 miles; Passenger door rattle for some folks; Inability to turn off lights (always on feature); Controls may be a bit much for some folks as there are a lot of them!

Overall: I'm happy with the automobile and would purchase it again, but take a look back at some of this boards postings to read up on the "other" issues I mentioned. Of course remember this is a problem resolution board so you will not see a whole lot of positives!
