Unfortunately, if they have misdiagnosed the problem twice, I doubt it will be easy for you to get any money back from them.
That's just the way that dealer operates, one of the bad ones to stay away from maybe.
I had a similar car in but the customer (with my advice since the car needed a total of $4500.00 repairs) decided it was too much money to keep fault tracing any further so the car still sits here 1 year later.
My suspicion started to lean toward the ABS module since at one time when I was fiddling around doing the famous Saab wiggle test, the car started after I disconnected the ABS wire harness and plugged it back on. But I can't say for sure since the customer pulled the plug on it.
