Local Saab Dealer diagnosed it to be a bad CIM. I asked them if I installed a used CIM that has been divorced from the donor car could they reprogram my car. They said they have never done this and do not know if they can or if it will work. Can one of the Saab Gurus post the TECH2 instructions how to marry a used CIM to the car? One side note, my tow truck driver said that they drove the car to the parking lot where he picked up the car, if the CIM was bad, is there a backdoor way to turn on the car to do that sort of thing, or did they do an easy fix to my problem and try to charge me for the CIM?
