Yes, the software schedule my dealer uses is different than the printed owner's manual service schedule. For example, the dealer software did not have the age based replacement of the brake fluid or engine coolant (48-months and 60-months respectively).
That is why I prepare my own service schedule. Then I can compare my schedule against the dealer's and ask questions to decide what service really needs to be done.
