Honestly, Id guess yes with that extent of damage. One can pickup a 2003/2004 9-3SS for $3000-4500 all day long now. I see damage to front fenders, bumper cover, hood, doors, and more importantly C pillars, rear fenders and the roof panel. The last three all being high labor welded in place panels.
With that amount of damage I wouldn't want it to be repaired. Just see if you can buy it back with a certificate of destruction, buy another early 9-3SS and use this one for parts when needed (or list it for parts here on TSN).
