You don't mention the transmission in your query.
IF automatic, then...
Although it hasn't been documented much on this BB (maybe I've been the only one?) the 2003-2007 2.0's with an automatic all used the AW55-50SN. This transmission was used in a variety of GM, Volvo, Nissan, etc vehicles, and they've all experienced some issues with case wear.
My wife's was so afflicted, and $2k later, all better. This was on a car with only 70k miles.
IIRC, there was some slipping in the 1-2 upshift. IF you let it go, you can really do some damage to the transmission.
The front springs mentioned by Sean might be the same issue her car had, but there was a TSB that replaced the springs after the car was out of warranty, but while SAAB was still around. One of the springs actually broke down low. It wasn't obvious without a close look (or noticing the slight clunk over certain bumps).
I think the transmission fluid in the radiator issue was limited to the 2003's and they might have all been sorted years ago, but I spend much more time on the 9-5 BB, infrequent here.
The radio buttons peeling should be obvious to see.
All-in-all, a pretty well sorted car, but that transmission thing bothers me.
