I would remove and replace the transmission fluid. Do it once and see the results. If improvement but still not great change it again after a month. When removing fluid don't put more in than you remove and then top off using the dip stick level.
Not cheap but it has been effective for my 2006 9-3SC when I got it CPO at 36K miles. Now at 141K and only one transmission change since then.
Note, when you drain some fluid stays in. Only by changing again will you remove more impurities that clog up small orifices in the transmission works.
