I have made one service visit to Don Makcey Cadillac/Saab here in Tucson, and overall I'd give them a marginal rating. Only one service advisor for Saab, probably 6-10 for cadillac/olds. Several programming changes I requested they said they could not do, but I know they are possible. They performed a recall service incorrectly. On the brigher side, they performed a wheel balance at no charge which I thought was generous, and they didn't complain about me asking them to look at a few minor nitpicks.
I bought my 9-5 used from Kachina, so I'm one of the people who has posted about them. My complaints were related to the pre-sale prep of the car (or lack thereof) and the attitude and lack of knowledge of the salesman that I worked with. I have no direct experience with their service dept. Personally I would be skeptical, based on my sales experience, but take that for whatever it is worth.
I have not tried Camelback VW/Saab or Lund Cabillac/Saab. Somebody else posted that Kachina had acquired Camelback's Saab business, so they might not do Saab anymore. Lund and Kachina may be your only choices in Phoenix.
Good luck, and please share your experiences with the board.
