True...Camelback Saab is no more. Just Kachina and Lund for warranty work, and they are owned by the same folks. In my opinion, and it's based on a limited investigation, the sales reps at Lund seem more knowledgable and enthusiastic. Better on the ground inventory than Kachina (they also do Hummer...go figure). Kachina does have a very good parts specialist for Saab, but only 1 service advisor. I had Kachina diagnose a check engine light condition on a 1990 9000 Turbo, but they could not pull codes and ended up just pulling the battery for 30 minutes. Didn't even bother to re-set the clock or the alarm system which defaulted to valet mode! Perhaps they are better with newer cars. Some good independent service shops in Phx (e.g. Swedish Mechanic, IMM, Sports Car Service Center) for older cars.
