On a recent trip to the Canadian Rockies, the bus we were in had to do a "switchback" maneuver on a sharp "Z" section up the side of a hill because it was too long to turn the corners (drove past the 1st turn of the "Z", backed up on the second leg past the 2nd turn, resume driving forward on the 3rd leg). Did the same on the way down the hill, i.e. backed up down the 2nd leg. Still cannot decide wich was more scary, up or down, but definitely a lot of fun. Glad our Saab's are small enough to make the turns so we never have to do this tricky maneuver!
