and the dealer won't look at it either, but i found a place that, while doesn't specialized in saabs (so no tech2) they do specialize in highly tuned cars, infact a lot of local people who mod their cars take it to them to get worked on. i would look for a place like that. they will probably be able to find out what the issue is, without the tech2. a lot of these places will tell you what is wrong and let you bring in your own parts. they are not much cheaper than a dealer ship, mine is 105 an hour, but man they do good work, are honst and fast. best part is they are half a mile from my work, and can leave my car there on my way to work and pick it up at lunch/on my way home.
