And never walked into Portland Saab until i purchased my 2000 aero. As far as dealers go i have dealt with several throughout New England, and while not the best, they are one of the better dealers.

The guys at the deck are not the best, by the mechanics are top notch. DEMAND one of them to be involved in the discussion and things will go better. There are several indy's in the area who labor rates are $10 to $20/hour less, with the same parts cost. I choose Portland Saab for the extras, top notch part guy, ask for Greg, loaner cars available at no charge, etc.

As other have noted, do the brakes yourself and save time and money. Eeuroparts will get you the parts over night via ground, and it should take you less than an hour per side, 30 if you've done it before.
