My usual response to a "wish" list like this is, tell me what is urgent and what can wait. The list usually ends up being about two or three items.

early 60k mile service - $600
-can you wait until 60K?

serpentine belt and pully replacement $300
-Seems a little early unless there is obvious wear, mine was just done at 77K and I was told it could wait but I chose to have it done.

replace front lower control arm bushings and align suspension - $756
-Is this urgent?

Fix window glass seal - $150
-Is it leaking?

Xenon bulb replacement (about a year old)- $232
-Does the bulb still work? One of mine have been flickering occasionally for about 3 years but it still works fine.

PCV service and replace oil pressure switch - $615
-Don't know anything about this one but mine has not been done, nor has it been suggested.

replace two rear tires (tires replaced less then 10k miles ago) - $380
-You can look at the tires and tell if they need to be replaced

Front break pads and rotors worn- $520
Did they give you a measurement of what is left? Depends on how you drive.

fix small exhaust leak and rear muffler rust - $580
-Can this wait or are you getting exhaust inside the car?
