As others note, this indy is way out of line and looking to hose you. Not only is he trying to get you to fix stuff that doesn't need fixing, he's overcharging for lots of stuff. "Sounds like he needs to make a boat payment," as they would say on Car Talk.
Leave the belt until 60K. My indy did mine at 70K for under $300.
Brakes are a DIY for maybe $150 with new pads and rotors. $400 at a good indy. But any decent shop can do brakes. It's NOT hard or unusual on a Saab.
Control arm bushings? I don't think so at 50K.
If your rear tires are worn in 10K miles, you may need shims, but 50K miles seems early for that. Then again, my former dealer once told me my almost new snow tires were badly cupped from worn shocks (in 4K miles) when they weren't.
The PCV #6 is something you really should do, though, but price shop this. $600 is too much. The instructions come with the parts, so any shop can do this.
First, find out what this character says is essential. Then get pricing from another shop. And you'll wind up at the second place.
