local car, low miles CPO (thank GOD) great IRIS report, but everything possible has went wrong with this car. Electrical gremlins still dominate, still no AC/heat(after heater box replacement and AC compressor), still has water leaks inside (smells like a locker room). Now in need of a head gasket at 57k. SIDS are a cheap fix (we had ours go bad on the 04 Aero, contrary to what you read here), I would go with the 03 if I were to do it again. The leather is funky on the 04, almost like a plastic material (AND WE HAVE THE UPGRADED TWO TONE STUFF). Parts keep going up or are no longer available. This is the worst Saab out of seven we have had, by far. Even the dog (black lab) prefers the 00 9-3 SE we still have with 152k on her. At least she knows we will get back home in it. Sad state of affairs with Saab these days.
