Toe-in is the more likely cause. -Get a WIS see posting above for how to downlod.
-Install on your computer. Look up rear suspension and alignment.
-Measure your ride height. Adjust with spacers of springs.
-find a good alignment shop and have them set it to the WIS specs.
-replace tires.
If rear shocks have more than 60-80 thousand miles, it is a good idea to replace them. I doubt they will cure cupping.
When the rear suspension compress the camber and toe in increase. It is designed that way. If the rear ride height is too low, you may have too much toe and too much camber. The excessive toe in will cause cupping. Once the cupping starts, bad shocks MAY help make it worse.
