The V6 and LPT-4's use Garrett turbo's with pretty weak seals. Even when they're "healthy" they'll leak enough oil into the intake to put a pretty nice coating in there. The PCV issue could have been complicating the issue too. On the other hand, if you're getting puffs of blue smoke when you start the car after a little while, your turbo may be getting tired. They rarely last past 120k miles on the V6. 100k if you're lucky. Don't worry about cleaning your throttle body. It's fine to have some oil in there. Just keep an eye out for blue smoke out the tailpipe.
