It would be lubricious to do the serpentine belt and tensioner pulley now and then have to remove them again 5K miles later. This way you would end up paying more due to the labor for serpentine belt alone.
I could see doing the timing belt, water pump and serpentine belt at 115K and then do the filters, fluids and spark plugs part at 120K or vice verse to spread out the cost.
You also have the coolant thermostat to think about if it would be a good idea to have it done when the timing belt is removed.
It is actually easier for the mechanic and cheaper as far as parts go to do the thermostat through the timing belt side than removing the complete intake manifold.
If you are also thinking about replacing the camshaft seals at this point, doing the thermostat is even easier.
