My son and daughter-in-law live in Alexandria, VA. I don't know how close their neighborhood mechanic is to your home but they have been very happy with his service. Even my D-i-L who is (IMHO) unusually demanding regarding total lack of noise from the brakes on her Jeep Liberty, is highly satisfied with their service.
IIRC Tony services nearly all makes.
