Yeah, 225/45/17 Posted by PGAero [Email] (#1143) [Profile/Gallery] (more from PGAero) on Sun, 15 Apr 2012 22:11:30 In Reply to: Re: 9-5 Aero sedan: which alloy wheels?, Snowmobile [Profile/Gallery] , Sun, 15 Apr 2012 16:20:05 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I'm running 225/45 Michelin Pilot Sport AS. The wheels are 17x7 as far as I know.
I'd also like a set of 16" snows for the car. A bit more rubber height is not bad, and you can run a bit narrower to get some more bite.
Let me know if you're looking to get rid of either of your 17" wheels. I'd mount up snows on my 5-spokes and run the others (assuming they are in nice shape) the other 10 months of the year. (I run snows for very short periods of time... we had a few inches of snow on Thursday and again on Friday, and the ski resorts got 20-28" over night. Great skiing, but bad for All-Season tires.) I'd be happy to run 17" snows if I got a nice set of Klingons or the double-tri-spokes.
