Are you asking about OEM? Yes, it can. I think it's how Swedecar does it. But the subframe needs to be lowered- of course it would take less work than to drop it completely. You will need to build a good tool to press a new bushing in. There is not going to be much roow to play with. Car would need to be raised high enough to obtain some clearance for body movement.
